Key Responsibilities:
?? Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers, providing exceptional customer service?? Conduct property viewings and guide prospective buyers and tenants through the process?? Negotiate offers and manage the sales/lettings process?? Canvass and generate new business opportunities?? Work closely with other departments to cross-sell additional services
What We’re Looking For:
? Essential:? Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle? Self-motivated and target-driven mindset? Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems? Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)? Previous customer service experience
? Desirable:? Previous sales experience (not essential but beneficial)
