Block Manager
Location: London (Edgware)
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join a dynamic and growing Property Management company based in Edgware.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, varying in size. IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we are committed to supporting the right candidate in achieving this certification.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily client queries and ensuring prompt resolutions.

  • Attending residents' meetings and AGMs.
