Responsibilities in this role are:

• Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner• Meeting with clients visiting the office• Responding to enquiries via e-mail• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work• Manage a portfolio• Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants• Dealing with notices from tenants• Preparing and serving section 21 notices• Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy• Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant• Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills• Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation
