Your Role: As a Block Manager with our client, you’ll be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving day-to-day client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Conducting site inspections and overseeing contractors' work.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of service charge budgets.
  • Collaborating with the internal accounts team.
  • Managing Section 20 works.
  • Attending residents’ meetings and AGMs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
