I am currently looking for temporary Receptionist to cover for a client in North West London. Working for the Office Manager you would support the team with client liaison, administration and front of house.
Duties would include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors face to face.
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email.
- Meeting room management
- Administration
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Dealing with post and courier requests
Ideally you would have reception, front of house or face to face customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft office is essential.
