Key Responsibilities of an English Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in English language and literature across a range of abilities and year groups.
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Encourage students to develop a deep appreciation for reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Participate in departmental planning and contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources.

About YouThe ideal English Teaching candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- A proven track record of teaching English at secondary level, with excellent subject knowledge.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching.
