Ribbons & Reeves are searching for Autism Support Assistants to join our range of partner schools in Brent, all committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where students can reach their full potential.

We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced, and approachable individual to help ensure our Brent-based schools continue to provide the right support for their students.

If you are eager to make a difference in the lives of students with Autism and want to kickstart your career in Special Educational Needs, these Autism Support Assistant roles are ideal for you. Many graduates have previously joined these roles and used the experience to launch successful careers in the field.

Autism Support Assistant:
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a Top 20 UK University
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level results are desirable
  • Previous SEN and child-centred experience is preferred
  • Passion, dedication, and the ability to work with students with SEN
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support as an Autism Support Assistant
