Horizon Teachers are working with a SEND School in Harrow that are requiring a Behaviour Mentor to help cover staff absences on a long-term, full time basis from February until the end of the academic year.The school caters for students from 3 - 11 years old and you would be working to help support children with complex learning difficulties. This school encourages their students to learn, achieve and be independent.As a Behaviour Mentor within this school, you will be supporting students within small groups that have complex learning difficulties and may be non-verbal, so you will need to be able to use your initiative to best help best support the children during class time. It would be desirable if you have previous experience working within a similar setting or supporting children with Special Educational Needs. This role is very rewarding and will pay up to £550 per weekAbout the school:
