PMLD Teacher - Full Time - West London - Flexible Start

We are currently recruiting for an inspirational Teacher to join a well-resourced and supportive special school in West London. This SEN school support young individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties by working in smaller classrooms and creating and safe and vibrant learning environment where each learner can thrive.

• Plan and deliver engaging, sensory-based lessons tailored to the needs of PMLD students.
• Use assistive technology, communication aids, and multi-sensory approaches to enhance learning.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the physical, sensory, and cognitive needs of students.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching students with PMLD, complex needs, or severe disabilities.
• Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, sensory learning strategies, and assistive technology (desirable).
• A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.

• Competitive salary (MPS/UPS) or daily rate (£140 - £160).
