Role Responsibilities
  • Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy
  • Preparing statutory accounts for clients across a range of sectors and industries
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Reviewing work to ensure it meets the firm’s high standards of quality and client service
  • Working closely with clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and value-added services for clients
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver a seamless service for clients

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, or be qualified by experience

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build client relationships
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
