Job Purpose

  • Strategic oversight of the firm's complex and non-complex audit provision, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Overseeing a team of experienced audit staff, including managing workflow, reviewing work with constructive feedback, and plugging knowledge gaps with training opportunities.
  • Support the firm's growth by securing new business, recruiting, and training new staff and being involved with all strategic decision making.
  • Lead target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.
  • Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Champion the firm’s values within the team, motivating those around you.
  • Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.
