Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver high-quality audit services to a diverse client base.
- Manage and mentor audit teams to ensure professional development and high performance.
- Drive business development activities and build lasting client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with audit regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering results.
