Role Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare detailed audit plans, including risk assessments and tailored testing approaches
- Conduct fieldwork, liaising with client staff to gather relevant financial information
- Identify and address key audit risks, providing practical solutions and recommendations
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback to support their development
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services and improve client processes

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
- Strong understanding of UK auditing standards and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative team player with leadership potential
- £40,000 to £50,000 pa
