Join our client, a firm where collaboration, approachability, and a commitment to outstanding service set them apart. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Audit Senior to join their dynamic Audit team, which is experiencing continuous growth and evolving to meet new challenges.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the manager in planning, performing, and completing audit assignments.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of audit fieldwork.
  • Involve in the budget setting process and ensure tasks are completed in line with budgets.
  • Prepare and review high-quality audit documentation and drafts of the financial statements.
  • Manage and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Delegate work to junior members of the team and provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to trainees.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, the Audit team, and the wider firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part-qualified with an appropriate level of practical experience and exam success.
  • Strong track record of leading onsite audits.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and a proactive approach to learning and CPD.
  • Flexible attitude to work and the ability to take ownership of their work.
  • Strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Numerical and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
