Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements
- Identifying areas for process improvement and offering practical solutions
Requirements
- CA/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical auditing knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines effectively
