Mac Recruit Group are delighted to be partnered with our clients in Scotland as they are looking to expand their Audit team due to significant growth in the last year. Their CASS team have grown significantly over the past 9 months and are keen to welcome a specialist in Audit or CASS This role comes with a clear outline to progression as well as an outstanding portfolio of clients that you will have control over with support from the wider team and the Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Contact for clients on day-to-day matters, from planning through to completion of assignments

Supporting team members ensuring deadlines and demands are met by the wider client engagement team, providing feedback as and when required

Preparing and monitoring budgets and issuing client fees

Maintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge for statutory and CASS audits, and related FCA regulations

Ensuring internal and external expectations are achieved, including supporting the leadership team in setting and delivering strategic targets

Supporting opportunities to promote the business in the marketplace

Contributing to new opportunities and securing new work, with the support of the wider senior management team and Business Development team

Building effective working relationships with clients and staff at all levels

Acting as an ambassador for the firm
