iMultiply is delighted to be supporting a Edinburgh based organisation for the appointment of an Interim Financial Accountant for a period of 6 months.The Interim Financial Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and review of year end accounts.Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of year-end financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards
- Review and submission of monthly VAT returns
- Preparation of information for annual statutory accounts
- Liaising with statutory auditors
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ICAS / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge
- Experience of Financial Services or Asset Management
- Proven experience in financial / statutory accounting
- Immediately available or short notice period
