Candidates should have experience with Xero and possess commercial awareness, with qualifications being either fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.

Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting an Advisory Firm with the appointment of a Management Accountant.The RoleAs a Management Accountant, you will be partnering with Client Managers to implement best practices and optimize the accounting processes for our clients. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts for a range of clients, preparation of key balance sheet reconciliations.Duties will include:

Monthly and quarterly management accounts preparation
Posting accruals, prepayments, depreciation entries using Xero
Balance sheet reconciliations
VAT returns
Running client accounts review meetings
Implementing financial controls and processes

Experience Required

Xero certified/experienced
Commercial awareness
Liaising with clients
Qualified, P/Q and Qualified by experience
