This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company operating within the financial services industry, headquartered in Edinburgh.

Role Overview:

The chosen candidate will work within the finance department, reporting to the Associate Director. Their primary responsibility will involve collaborating with clients, individually and as part of the team, to prepare components for monthly and quarterly financial reports.

  • Generating comprehensive quarterly management packs tailored for Fund Managers, complete with detailed commentary.
  • Creating statutory accounts for Trusts, Small Limited Companies, and LLPs, meticulously ensuring the accuracy of all disclosures.
  • Managing the preparation and submission process for indirect tax returns.
  • Performing calculations for fund drawdowns, equalizations, and distributions, and working closely with investors to address any related concerns.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify areas for enhancement and offering constructive feedback where applicable.

Candidate Profile:

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and traits:

  • Newly Qualified Accountant.
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in essential IT tools, with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
