Meraki Talent are delighted to support with the permanent appointment of an Tax Accountant (Compliance & Advisory) based in Edinburgh.The CompanyAn exciting global service organisation, with strong growth forecast and further expansion planned for their UK and European operations. This is a highly intuitive business, with talent throughout the organisation, and finance being a core and high profile function renowned for developing talent across their team.The RoleThe position will be responsible for compliance, reporting, planning and advisory for International entities. The responsibility will involve:

  • Responsible for a sizable group portfolio with various entities
  • Work with team to manage all tax risks
  • R&D Claims
  • Assist with global Transfer Pricing policy
  • Support on projects i.e. acquisitions, entering new jurisdictions etc.
  • Support with wider M&A activity including integration
  • Provide advice across the business for both direct and indirect tax
  • Involvement in high profile change & transformation initiatives & projects
