Robert Half are working with an exciting purpose led, renewable energy business in Edinburgh to recruit an Accounts Assistant on an interim basis (3-6 months). Our client is looking for an all-rounded Accounts Assistant who can roll their sleeves up and hit the ground running. Hybrid working, ideally in the offer 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assisting with payment run preparation
- Any other ad hoc duties
Must have:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within another charity
- Ideally good excel
- Pro-active attitude
- Positive mind-set
- Team player
