This role is for a Treasury Assistant in the Accounting & Finance department of a company in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. This position requires a team member with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Based in Edinburgh City Centre, 3 days office, 2 days from home.
Full time hours - Monday to Friday 9-5

Description
- Handling day-to-day treasury operations and transactions
- Managing bank accounts and ensuring sufficient funds are available
- Supporting the preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Assisting with the reconciliation of bank statements
- Helping to maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Supporting the Treasury Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of treasury processes and systems
Profile
A successful Treasury Assistant should have:
- A good understanding of treasury operations and cash management
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Oracle is a MUST
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
