AdministratorBased in the North of Edinburgh | office-based role with flex for up to 2 days from homeFull Time hours | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm | 37.5 hours per weekPermanent roleSalary up to £28,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of our clients to recruit this permanent role for their office based in the North of the City.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the business across a number of areas.Duties involved in this role will include:* Creating & maintaining various spreadsheets on Excel* Keeping the business website & social media accounts up to date with relevant information* Proof reading of content & web forms to ensure they are accurate* Building & maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders* Corresponding with customers & members via post & email* Creating documents relating to conferences & events being run by the business* Handling incoming enquiries, ensuring all contact is responded to* Management of the company's member database* Various ad hoc administration duties including incoming & outgoing post, couriers, stock & stationery management, organising meetings & general office upkeepIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Extensive previous experience in an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Excellent organisation, attention to detail & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete your workload effectively* Excellent IT skills - to include MS Office - experience of managing Social Media accounts (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) would be preferred although this is not essential* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the confidence to deal with people at all levels of businessIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
