The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the Client Support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing annual review packs

  • Processing new business applications and withdrawals

  • Handling client and planner queries

  • Answering phone calls and providing general administrative support

About You

The ideal candidate will have:? At least two years’ experience in a financial services administration role? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines? Knowledge of Intelligent Office (preferred but not essential)? Experience with Abrdn Wrap and Quilter platform (desirable)
