Your new companyYou'll be joining an established Scottish law firm who are specialists in many areas of law, including commercial and family law. They are recruiting an experienced PA to join one of their busiest teams in their modern office based in Edinburgh City Centre. Your new roleAs an integral member of the team, you'll be responsible for providing an efficient and bespoke administrative service to several partners and solicitors. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Complex diary and mailbox management
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing a professional standard of service
  • Audio typing and minute taking
  • Producing accurate and timely documentation, letters, reports and presentations for the partners
  • Having an understanding of the billing and fee process, offering support when required
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

What you'll need to succeedA successful application will have the following:

  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant in a comparable environment
  • Knowledge of Disputes Resolution practices (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
