Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to a Partner.
- Manage a busy schedule, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Produce high-quality audio typed documentation (letters, reports, presentations).
- Maintain excellent client service at all times.
- Prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Dispute Resolution practices (advantageous).
- Ability to work full time in an office environment in Edinburgh.
