They are now seeking a number of Pension Member Administrators who will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Carrying out and verifying all types of benefit calculations and procedures for scheme members, their dependants and action scheme employer requests.
  • Providing members of the Pension Fund with clear, concise, and accurate information by telephone and written correspondence, maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Checking benefit calculations and associated communications completed by trainees and peers and provide day-to day technical advice and support.
  • Participating in service improvement projects when appropriate.
  • Assisting with annual allowance and disclosure exercises and other ad-hoc requests.

It is essential that you possess proven experience in the administration of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes, together with proven administration skills and communication skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently and with minimal error and have the flexibility to learn and develop.
