This is an excellent opportunity for you to start your professional career or develop your skills further.Your new roleAs a member of the office services department, you'll be working in a busy and hands-on environment with a close team of professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, no day is the same. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • General office administration (scanning, filing, mail etc.)
  • Handling the mail delivery process
  • Management of important client documents
  • Data entry
  • Helping with basic IT support (desk and meeting room set-up, liaising with the IT department to resolve issues etc.)
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Reception cover when the front office team is unavailable

This is a varied and busy role, with lots of training and support on offer as you progress.What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working in customer services, working with the public or in a general office environment
  • A reliable individual who is keen to develop in their career
  • An enthusiastic go-getter with excellent teamwork skills
