Digital Account Manager

We're looking for a dynamic client facing Digital Account Manager to join an Edinburgh based Agency, with a diverse range of B2C and B2B clients. This role would see someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role managing and shaping website development projects for clients, helping to drive forward and connect our clients with talented in-house teams in design, UX, strategy, and development.

What you'll do:

  • Lead client accounts and ensure profitability and growth.
  • Drive strategic, data-driven decisions to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between creative and development teams.
  • Oversee the direction and execution of high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Present innovative solutions that tackle complex client challenges.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights using tools like GA4.
  • Conduct in person Discovery workshops, digital strategy sessions, and present findings to clients, delivering wrap-up sessions.

  • Experienced in managing digital marketing performance and using reporting tools.
  • Commercially astute, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • A natural leader, self-starter, and an excellent communicator, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
