We're looking to assist our client in appointing a Construction Manager for an important multi million pound project in Edinburgh city centre. This is a key appointment for the project and will effectively be the main point of contact responsible for the operational delivery of a 30m+ new build project in a busy part of Edinburgh. The Construction Manager will take on the responsibility for the civils and structural packages on this project prior to taking the project into the internal works. You will work closely with the Senior PM on site to deliver a strategically important project for the business in 2025.
The Construction Manager role could be a Senior Site Manager or PM in another major construction company with the key focus being on recruiting someone with the experience in external works and structural works on a busy large scale building project.
