Your new company:We are excited to partner with a renowned architectural practice based in Edinburgh to recruit a Senior Architect with an excellent understanding of Revit and experience in residential developments. Located in the heart of Edinburgh's new town and winning a plethora of awards, the practice has been a cornerstone of Scotland's architectural scene since its founding over fifty years ago. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect looking to take on a leadership role, working on a variety of high-profile residential projects while driving innovative design solutions and ensuring project success from start to finish.What you'll need to succeed:
- You'll be an ARB registered Architect, with 6+ years Post-Qualification experience within practice.
- Exhibiting an excellent understanding of Revit, you'll demonstrate a high capacity for technical design - often being expected to lead the development of a diverse range of residential projects.
- Experience in build-to-rent (BTR), purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) developments is preferable.
- Experience developing residential masterplans is preferable.
- You'll have a grasp of the latest Building Regulations / European Standards, and in general be comfortable with a Lead position on multiple projects within a busy consultancy environment, often being involved on site.
