Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Extensive post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of current UK building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
- Produce detailed design packages and technical drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants to ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to address technical challenges.
