Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish using best practices.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main client contact and ensure project success.
  • Manage project accounts, governance, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance and support.
  • Drive new business opportunities and prepare fee proposals.
  • Lead large-scale projects with minimal support.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal and technical matters.
  • Apply quality assurance and environmental management principles.
  • Ensure personal safety and align with company values.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • Member of a recognized professional institution (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent).
  • Positive, collaborative, and innovative approach.
  • Proven leadership in project management.
  • Experience in building client relationships and leading teams.
  • Strong technical project management knowledge.
  • Familiarity with UK building contracts (NEC and JCT forms).
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Commitment to personal development.
  • Valid UK driving license.
