What You'll Do:In the Customer Operations Team, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering standards.
  • Gathering and analysing customer information to create accurate client records.
  • Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support for complex queries.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing your caseload efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
