Description
- Manage and maintain the Oracle financial system.
- Ensure prompt payment of invoices and accurate recording of transactions.
- Manage customer queries and disputes regarding invoices.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivables.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer details in the system.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivables candidate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial software.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for managing customer queries and disputes.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
