Delighted to be working exclusively with a growing Law Firm based in Edinburgh. They are now looking for an experienced Legal Cashier Assistant to work part-time (25 hours per week). The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, assisting the department in meeting and exceeding service delivery expectations.Responsibilities include:• Operating in compliance with all relevant regulations including The Law Society of Scotland (LSS), Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Anti Money Laundering (AML)• Maintaining firm and client accounts• Processing CHAPS & BACS transactions• Bank reconciliations• Assisting with month-end procedures• Daily banking routines and balancing• Purchase ledger invoice management• Ensuring that the service needs of the Firm are delivered efficiently and effectivelyThe role requires a highly motivated and proactive team player with the ability to effectively plan and manage a high and varied workload. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong Microsoft Excel and numeracy skills.
