Robert Half are delighted to be working with a thriving construction business in the West of Edinburgh, to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant on an interim basis (3 initially but could go perm). Our client is looking for an all-rounded Accounts Assistant who can roll their sleeves up and hit the ground running. Looking at 20 hours per week and experience with Xero would be fantastic.
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assisting with payment run preparation
- Payroll collation
- Any other ad hoc duties
Must have:
- Experience in a similar role and using Xero
- Ideally good excel
- Pro-active attitude
- Positive mind-set
- Team player
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
