Role Profile
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in PI Planning, Process Modelling, Ops Modelling, Requirements Gathering, and Running Workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and participate in PI Planning sessions to ensure alignment and prioritisation of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process models to streamline business operations.
- Create and analyse operational models to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct and lead workshops to elicit requirements and foster collaboration among teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PI Planning.
- Strong skills in Process Modelling and Ops Modelling.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation abilities.
- Effective workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
