- Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover new automation opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and define potential value for prioritisation.
- Work with product and technical teams to establish a roadmap for automation in 2025-26.
- Build and maintain a backlog of opportunities and experiments, supported by analysis and data.
- Document decisions, assumptions, and maintain an audit trail.
- Verify automated outputs with business stakeholders and support transition points.
- Identify new process and customer opportunities, and support business leaders in delivering effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business change teams to address adoption challenges.
- Actively participate in governance forums, such as the Technical Design Authority.
- Provide coaching and upskilling support to junior staff members.
- Represent the organisation in digital supplier engagements and relevant forums.
- Act as a proxy Product Owner when required.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Agile working, including managing outcomes, prioritisation, and MVP delivery.
- Expertise in business analysis, including investigative work, solution creation, and service improvement recommendations.
- Ability to optimise processes using business improvement methodologies.
- Advanced business modelling skills, gathering insights from senior stakeholders and communicating results clearly.
- Proficiency in business process testing and creating test cases with traceability back to requirements.
- Strong digital perspective to identify and implement assisted digital solutions.
- Understanding of enterprise and business architecture to support target operating model creation.
- Experience in innovation leadership and enabling innovation within teams.
- Knowledge of the appropriate methods and tools to support teams effectively.
