STRATEGIC ADVISOR - INSIDE IR35 - 13 March 2024 - 31 July 2025

Loriens leading Public Sector Client is looking for a high level Strategic Advisor to join their team on a contract running between 13 March 2024 - 31 July 2025. This is a 4 day a week position.

The client is seeking a high calibre individual with a track record of senior leadership expertise to carry out an advisory and challenge role to senior management supporting delivery for the following:

  • Support to programme, investment unit and DD/director.
  • Knowledge transfer across Investment Unit.

Essential Skills

  • Highly skilled and impactful relationship-builder, with the confidence to create effective networks and partnerships with a wide range of key stakeholders across the public and private sector;?
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to influence and persuade different audiences, including senior leaders and Ministers;?
  • Experience of shaping or developing programmes, making accurate and meaningful use of commercial, economic, and political data and evidence to deliver successfully, governance and assurance?; and
  • Effective and inspirational leader with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, engaging and developing staff.

  • Experience of working in a highly visible and potentially sensitive environment
  • Experience of investment and financial service
