We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Edinburgh on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the public sector organisation through a period of transformation and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the HR agenda and support strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
