THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE:As a User Researcher, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to uncover user needs and insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to inform service design and ensure user-centred solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and delivering evidence-based recommendations.
USER RESEARCHER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user insights
- Ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences
- SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
- Public sector or government project experience is required
