Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Our Life and Pensions client is looking for a permanent Business Analysis Manager to lead one of their evolving Change teams. This role offers the chance to provide deep technical expertise in analysis, support the Head of Change and manage a talented team.As an Analysis Manager, you will engage in projects early on, navigating complex challenges and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including senior figures across the business. You will take a strategic landscape view of projects, providing clear solutions and influencing the process from the start.Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team, supporting their personal development and career planning.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Facilitating scoping and business priority setting for complex changes.
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiently facilitating workshops to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and adoption of company-wide modeling approaches.
  • Assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches considering risk, cost, and benefits.

Looking for someone with:

  • Must have experience in people management and providing guidance on analysis techniques.
  • Financial services experience within the pensions sector.
  • Expertise in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in business analysis, modeling, design, and business concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and principles for change.
  • A thorough understanding of business structures and key principles.
