Your new company and new role
Our Private Sector client is undergoing a large transformation programme reviewing processes across all business functions. Our client requires 6 Business Change Managers to work directly with Service Centres to drive compliance with agreed business processes. You will also work with the Transformation team to identify the required system/process improvements to close performance gaps where they exist. The role will be Hybrid, roughly 2 days a week on site, as you will need to work on site with end users. Our client has Service Centres across the UK, travel to sites local to you will be required.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong finance background with experience of the end to end Customer/Operational pipeline within an organisation
  • Ability to understand the impact of non-compliance across all stages of the end to end business process
  • The ability to analyse the data/information that compliance is being measured against. e.g. Performance v Target and to identify the reasons for non-compliance
  • Identify required System/Process improvements required to close performance gaps where they exist.
  • Coach Service Centres on where the issues that are driving non-compliance are people/training related


It would be beneficial to have experience working on transformation projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Construction.
