My client are one of the biggest learning disabilities support services in Scotland and they are now looking for a Regional Manager to join their team! Reporting into the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the overall operations of the region's services.

Responsibilities
*Continue to develop services, improving the operational functions and growth across the service.
*To support both care and operational staff in their own professional development.
*Work with the finance team to support in financial management and oversee budgets.
*Maintain relationships with the Care Inspectorate, SSSC and the Local Authority.
*Support the development of policies and procedures.
*Build relationships with internal and external partners, making the best efforts to always find new ways in improving the quality of the service.
*To ensure the best possible support is offered to service users.
*Support staff with training and carrying out appraisals.

Requirements
*SVQ4 in Health and Social Care Management
*Experience working with both adults and children with learning disabilities
*Leadership experience within social care
*Communication skills and transparency
*Coaching skills
*Attention to detail
