Randstad C&P are working with a well-renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who has worked within the facilities management/ commercial buildings, carrying out all cleaning tasks on site.

This is a temporary opportunity that could lead to a permanent position, based in Edinburgh

  • 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 18:00 - 22:00

Package includes:

  • Competitive salary up to £17.75 per hour paye
  • Training and support will be available on site

Main duties will include:

  • Taking on Supervisor duties including, but not limited to: signing off work carried out, allocating holidays and sick days, arranging cover work, overseeing and reporting on aduits
  • Making sure other staff are cleaning their designated areas in a timely manner
  • Carry out training for new starters
  • Liasie with other managers and stakeholders to make the business more streamlined
  • Reporting any issues on site and monitoring them - whilst also making sure superiors are aware
  • Carrying out and conducting interviews were required
  • Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
  • Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Must have an up to date PVG
  • Previous Supervisory experience
