- Week 1 - Mon - Fri - 0700 - 1500
- Week 2 - Mon - Fri - 1300 - 2100
- Supervising Facilities Technicians on a day to day basis and allocate work duties
- Provide cover for sickness or holidays
- Carry out inductions and training as required
- Carry out monitoring inspections
- Ensure tasks are carried out to a high standard
- Provide general porterage duties as required
- Ensuring procedures are followed
- Ensuring temperature levels are maintained throughout the premises
- Monitor the condition of maintenance aspects within the premises
- Ordering supplies as required
- Liaising with internal / external stakeholders
- Carryout winter clearance activities as required
- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
- Any other tasks as required
