This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team during the mobilisation stage - shaping how the site is maintained and managed from day one. You'll play a key role in ensuring that this flagship waterfront scheme is delivered to the highest standards.

As Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of all on-site maintenance activity, working closely with the General Manager and central Facilities Management team ensuring the building is safe, compliant, and operating as it should from day one.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all aspects of technical maintenance and repair activity across the development.

  • Supporting the mobilisation of the building - helping to shape FM processes, schedules, and contractor relationships.

  • Acting as technical lead on-site, including managing all electrical works (with support from external contractors as needed).

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety, building services and statutory maintenance requirements.

  • Line managing a small team of maintenance technicians once in place.

  • Monitoring building performance and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and asset longevity.
