We are recruiting for an enthusiastic & organised Temporary Facilities Administrator. The candidate must have excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills/knowledge, and ideally have experience of working within a Facilities team.

Duties:

  • Administer the purchase orders for all finance related purchases in line with company processes and monitoring department expenditure
  • Coordinating internal & external bookings
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to proactive, preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance, cleaning and repairs, which would include: RAMS collection and filing, Insurance and certification tracking, site access coordination, POs, scheduling and communication
  • Coordinate maintenance schedule
  • Maintain the information management systems to accurately record current and scheduled works in line with legislative requirements and the business continuity plan
  • Coordinate the information that is published on Intranet platform & educate and inform colleagues about operation led projects and updates
  • Support form administration side developing and document standard processes for future years- developing work programme
  • Support with budget planning
  • Ordering the kitchen and office supplies and ensuring post is collected and delivered, including courier bookings
  • As and when required, support with ad hoc projects that require additional support, such as Accreditation and Health & Safety projects
