Delivery Driver

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Multi Drop Drivers to join a reputable client in Edinburgh. You will join the company as a self-employed driver and be part of a dynamic team, ensuring parcels are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering parcels to multiple locations, ensuring each package reaches the correct recipient.
• Loading and unloading parcels safely and ensuring they are handled with care
• Using GPS and tracking systems to record deliveries and update statuses.
• Operating the delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Engaging with customers professionally during deliveries

As a Delivery Driver, our client offers:

• From £125 per day
• Vehicle rental available
• Performance bonus
• Fully paid training days
• 9-10 hour day planned Delivery Route
• Full induction and training with a supportive team once you're on the road.
• Free car parking.
• Full-time and Part-time hours available
• These roles are on a self-employed basis.

What are we looking for?

• You will need a UK or EU Driving Licence
• Full manual driving license (held for at least 1 year, with no more than 6 penalty points).
• Must be 18 plus for insurance purposes
• Hard-working, motivated, and great at working in a fast-paced environment
• A good understanding of the local area would be an advantage
• Pass a DBS check and drugs/alcohol test (covered by the company).
• Comfortable with a self-employed status
